Money Fund Monitor — Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 9, 2026 · Last Updated: July 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Adam Segal, doing business as Cash Ledger (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you access or use Money Fund Monitor and its related services (the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

Account information. Your email address, which is used to sign you in, and, if provided, your name, company, and the organization and access settings associated with your account.

Credentials. Your password is stored only in hashed form. We do not store plaintext passwords.

Technical and security data. Information generated when you access the Service — such as session and authentication data, log and event records, IP address, and device or browser information — which we use to operate, troubleshoot, and secure the Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users and manage access; to operate and secure the Service; to enforce authorization and prevent abuse or fraud; to troubleshoot issues and improve reliability; to understand which features are used so we can improve the Service; and to communicate with you about access and security.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We may share information with third-party service providers that host, operate, and help us understand usage of the Service — including our infrastructure provider and a third-party product-analytics provider we use to measure feature usage and improve the Service — with legal or compliance recipients where required by law or to protect rights and security, and with a successor in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or sale of assets.

4. Cookies

We use cookies for login and session authentication and for security controls. We also use a privacy-first product-analytics provider that may set cookies or use similar local storage to measure feature usage. We configure it to record only explicit product events — no session recording and no blanket capture of your clicks or keystrokes — and to strip query strings from page URLs before they are sent, so the issuers, securities, and search terms you look up are not transmitted. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your information.

5. Payments

The Service does not collect or process payment or billing information.

6. Data Retention

We retain account records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security and compliance. Security and application logs are retained according to our infrastructure providers’ defaults. Longer retention may apply where required by law or to resolve disputes or enforce agreements.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including hashed passwords, hashed session tokens, and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Because access is administered by your organization, requests may need to be routed through your organization’s administrator. To make a request, contact us at the address below.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International Users

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date and posting the revised policy.
